1. Widerrufsrecht

Ziito ApS bietet gemäß § 17 des dänischen Verbrauchergesetzes ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht bei Waren bestellt auf Bereits erhaltene Waren müssen in selbem Zustand und selber Menge retourniert werden. Sofern die Ware vom Kunden bereits benutzt wurde, wird der benutzten Ware einen neuen Wert nachberechnet, der dem Kunden anschließend refundiert wird. Das Widerrufsrecht beginnt nach Erhalt der Ware.


Waren können direkt zu unserem Lager retourniert werden; die Versandkosten werden dabei vom Kunden selbst übernommen. Der vom Kunden bezahlte Betrag wird beim Erhalt der Ware von Ziito ApS dem Kunden  zurückerstattet. Die Rückerstattung erfolgt elektronisch.  



2. Reklamationsrecht

Gemäß den Regeln des Kaufrechtes gibt es bei allen Waren ein 24-monatliches Reklamationsrecht. Bei Waren mit einer begrenzten Lebensdauer ist das Reklamationsrecht allerdings auf die der entsprechenden Ware reguläre Haltbarkeitsperiode begrenzt. Wird bei einer gekauften Ware Inkorrektheiten oder Mängel festgestellt, muss innerhalb kürzester und angemessener Zeit Ziito ApS kontaktiert und über besagte Inkorrektheiten informiert werden. Ziito ApS wird dementsprechend die Reklamation verarbeiten.

Werden Inkorrektheiten oder Mängel festgestellt, wird von Ziito ApS versucht, besagte Inkorrektheiten zu korrigieren oder als Alternative eine erneute Lieferung vorgenommen.

Versand & Lieferung

Unsere Waren werden mit GLS versendet. Die typische Lieferzeit beträgt 2-4 Tage. Sofern die Bestellung vor 12Uhr Mittags bei uns eingeht, versenden wir die Ware noch am selben Tag. 




Sofern bei der Lieferung an der Adresse niemand angetroffen wird, wird von GLS einen Zettel im Briefkasten hinterlassen mit Information darüber, wo das Paket abgeholt werden kann. Im Normalfall kann das Paket am folgenden Tag im nächstgelegenen PaketShop abgeholt werden.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.



If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
